Terracotta fugurine of a naked youth

Hellenistic period
H: 27.00 cm

Dancing, the right leg is stepping on the tiptoes. The right arms is raised and the other, bent at the elbow, is extended to the side. Uplifted head, framed with lush hair, tied at the top of the head and falling. Traces of hide on the thighs. Most probably it is a figurine of Dionysos or of a young satyr.
