On the left of the stele, a female figure sitting on a throne and carrying a lotus fruit on her left hand is represented. In front of her, a bounteous table of offerings is illustrated. On the upper part of the stele and in the middle of it one horizontal and one vertical series of hieroglyphic symbols, respectively, are discerned. The stele is fragmented, while bearing joined fragments. The upper right edge is missing, as well as the two edges on its lower side. Bears trace of blue and red color.
